I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Thomas Lynn! Honest and very transparent salesman, easily the best experience I’ve had - and this was my 4th Champion vehicle purchase. Him and his team have definitely earned my business in the future.I also wanted to give credit to everyone else at the dealership I worked with, it really was a pleasant experience. Stephen B, the manager, assisted with some vehicle questions and is staying in contact. It’s greatly appreciated. We LOVE this dealership!! Cameron our sales guy is AWESOME! He does such a great job and cares about his customers not just getting the sale! The service department is great also especially Connor! Both of these guys have taken great care of us! Cameron has been our sales guy for years! We TOTALLY recommend him! I refer people to him because hes not only a down to earth sales guy and not pushy he genuinely cares for his customers!

Easy to make an appointment, service writers were excellent and wait minimal
Our battery went dead and we called our usual dealership and they were too booked to fit us in. So we called Buick and they took us right away. Everyone was very nice and we didn’t wait too long. Since my husband and I are elderly, we were hoping that they would wash our car after it was serviced, but they didn’t offer.

Everything about this experience was top notch.I started this journey in April of 2024 knowing I wanted a Yukon Slt. I was in contact with Amanda throughout this process for several months - she never pressured me, she knew I was in process of cleaning up credit etc. I told Amanda my target date, she reached backed out during that time and asked was I ready - Early afternoon 7/25/24 I did the credit app, when she called me we spoke about financials based on my income approved me for specific $$ amount unless I had more $$ to put down for Yukon which I did not coming off of $9k cleaning up my report.No pressure she spoke to me about getting the Acadia which I did not want because I was trading in my 2019 Acadia. Amanda took a video of the newer Acadia and upon review I did specs of 2019 vs 2024 (longer, wider and taller) basically a Yukon jr.I decided to get the Acadia - Amanda started up the paperwork, took my deposit/downpayment over the phone and I told her I will be there that night to pick it up.Daughter and I came from Ohio 2 1/2 hour drive which would put me there roughly about 8pm and they close at 9pm that Thursday.Amanda stayed in contact with me making sure they would be ready with paperwork to sign upon arrival because I need a quick turnaround to get back on road with my 7 yr old child. Upon arrival the vehicle was up front for me to take a test drive while they did the appraisal on my truck.Once back I was signing paperwork with the finance mgr. and Amanda was moving my personal items into the newer vehicle while the team inside entertained my daughter (who did not want to leave). She understood I needed to be back on road and I don’t like Michigan highway especially at nite, she made sure I was on a full tank of gas so I would not have to stop.This whole process once I arrived was under an hour. We pulled into our driveway little past midnite.I am beyond happy with my purchase, with the level of customer service I received prior and during to point in two years when I have save enough for that Yukon, I’m only coming to Champion Buick and I hope Amanda is still there…
The services department was great and took very good care of my truck. They were able to help identify the issue with my truck and fix the issue. The fix was a lot faster than i was expecting and the communication while it was getting worked on from the services team members was outstanding. There was 2 members that always kept me updated on the progress. Overall outstanding service and quality of service!
I had a very good experience with Brad Howell. He was quick to respond and very easy to work with.Danny, the Finance Manager was great as well.I was looking for a car for over a month and having terrible experiences with other dealerships, so it was refreshing to come upon this dealership!100% recommended!

Everything was great except one issue that prevented the highest/best possible rating. The parking brake button housing has a nick or blemish from when being removed during repair. It’s visible and you can feel it so I had to consider it.

The service woman, Samantha, was amazing. She was able to get me a vehicle in my price range, helped get a GM credit card approved when there was problems and she called me the following week to check on the car and myself. She went out of her way to accommodate me and make sure that I was satisfied.
