Qualifications for Car Sales Consultant

  • High School Graduate
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work some weekends (Excluding Sunday)
  • 3+ years in a sales field (Will train the right candidate if experience is less than 3 years.)
  • Some College (Preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal capability
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Previous automotive experience a plus
  • A drive to excel under pressure
  • Pass background check

Compensation for Car Sales Consultant

  • If experience is less than 3 years, a training salary will be provided
  • This is a commission based position
  • Signing bonus available for experienced sales representative with book of business
  • Top performers earning over $100,000 per year
